Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development professional to join us here at Publicis Media and be a part of theBusiness development team;a tight knit group of superstar performers with a passion for collaboration with Publicis Media brands to deliver world class pitches and accelerate growth for Publicis Media within the UK. As the growth engine for Publicis Media, the business development team is recognised as the leading source for best practice across Publicis Media.

  • Leads, supports and motivates pitch winning teams through high stress, demanding processes, so new business is something people want to be part of
  • Leads or supports the development of pitch presentations: helping with the pitch content, brainstorming ideas with the team and helping with the development of the pitch "story"
  • Manages and motivates the pitch team: Keeps track of key players and deliverables and ensures that everyone is on-task
  • Guide and execute pitch coordination - timelines, checkpoints, deliverables, design and pitch theatre/production needs
  • Establishes solid, mutually beneficial relationships with internal leaders (CEOs, MDs etc.)
  • Lead with a robust understanding of all aspects of the Groupe, from media/creative planning, data, tech, tools, and commercials


To ensure this role is the correct fit for the next step in your career, we ask that you match up with the below skillset:
  • Extensive experience in media planning/strategy, business development or integrated marketing or similar
  • Has a good grasp and understanding of the marketing/communications/media sphere with extensive understanding of all aspects of the media process.
  • Possesses well-honed project management skills - to ensure accurate delivery of projects on schedule
  • Proven creativity and ability to come up with new, innovating thinking and ideas
