Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Business Manager to work in our Delivery Office.

This individual will be highly motivated and driven with excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will have experience and insight of managing a sales pipeline. They will also have a strong understanding of an Operational role and multi disciplinary organisations. THey will be an effective communicator to all areas of the business with a result focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop sales enablement across multiple business lines
  • Maintaining all sales support collateral ensuring relevance to the business
  • Supporting the development of digital assets
  • Collating and managing all sales and bid materials
  • Work with business leaders to support bids and ongoing sales
  • Liaise with various teams to include the central bids team ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Lead and manage a team to include coaching and mentoring

Experience required

A successful candidate will have the following essential experience:
  • Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of managing a sales pipeline or pipeline of work
  • Experience of supporting the sales process, with key material and insight
  • Good networking skills, at senior levels
  • The ability to build and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • The ability to keep overall strategies and goals in mind.
  • The ability to identify issues and the application of sound conclusions resulting in the right solution, at the right time.
  • Proactive follow-up and monitoring - checking progress against targets, reporting as necessary and taking action where necessary
  • Skills in the use of documentation, planning and presentation software tools e.g. Advanced MS Office, Sharepoint, Visio skills



Desirable Skills

  • Previous big 4 managing sales
  • Strong desktop skills, creative and proven delivery in this .
  • Strong digital marketing background
  • An achiever, proven delivery of objectives and business results

Base Location

The role will be based in Belfast, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to travel to other UK locations for short periods. Candidates who are wish to work in other locations will still be considered.
