The primary responsibility of this role is to support in the development, build, management analysis and reporting of performance data across all Business Operations functions: Finance, Customer Services, Warehouse, Security and Compliance. The role holder will conduct and lead trend analysis and make recommendations re Operational optimization opportunities in order to support group best practice and drive Lean CI Process opportunities. The role holder will also lead the facilitation, building and maintenance of a Business Operations Dashboard/ Scorecard for the Americas, working in close collaboration with Group wide Shared Business Services to identify and drive global best practice standards and synergy opportunities.

What you'll be doing -
  • Working closely with Business Operations Leadership team and as the primary liaison with IS, to establish and build core Dashboard and scorecard capabilities and reporting/ review rhythm.
  • Targeted with automating the capture and reporting of data and insight wherever possible
  • Lead trend data analytics and deep dive performance studies to give recommendations on process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Work cross regionally on opportunities and initiatives to standardize reporting globally and champion standard best practice adoption.
  • Develop, maintain and perform queries using various tools to obtain data from various sources for incorporation into monthly reports.
  • Support wider Operations data analysis and reporting requirements as required
What you'll need to succeed -
  • Excels in data and analytics, using data to inform and drive decisions/ actions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of end to end process improvement/ continuous improvement practices
  • Ability to influence effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to meet project deadlines
  • Managing through systems by designing processes and procedures.
  • Must have strong teamwork, organizational, & analytical skills
  • Exhibits strong customer service and is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Knows how to set priorities and can quickly zero in on what is critical.
Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of logistics related work experience for non-bachelor degree holders
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in similar operations, analytical position and/or High volume operational/ transactional areas
