Business Support Assistant Administrator for 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service

We are looking for a well organised and highly motivated full-time Business Support Assistant Administrator to join and support our 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service based primarily at the Adelaide Health Centre, on the Western Community Hospital Campus in Southampton.

Our 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service is made up of Health Visitors, School Nurses and various Southampton City Council partners who, all together provide an essential comprehensive support to all our children in Southampton City from birth to 19yrs. Therefore we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer / patient experience with a 'can do' attitude.

The successful applicant will have:
  • a sense of humour and be a good team player
  • be able to use own initiative and apply a common sense approach to problems
  • have a meticulous eye for detail, an enquiring mind and a willingness to learn
  • strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • be organised, able to multi task and work under pressure
  • ability to use Microsoft applications, Excel, Word and Outlook
We have 1 position available at 37.5hrs hrs per week
