Business Support Administrator
Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to primarily support our Brexit team, which is delivering the advice and services people need as we leave the EU, and ensuring the wider organisation is fully prepared. This is a great opportunity to use your administrative skills to assist with a multidisciplinary team with a varied and business-critical project.
You’ll be working in a fast paced environment where the work is varied, so you’ll need to be flexible and have a proactive approach to problem solving with good organisational and excellent IT skills
You’ll be the first point of contact for people who need help with a wide range of tasks and will support with admin tasks like booking transport, processing finances, assisting with the organisation of meetings/events and coordinate a variety of project work.
