The opportunity

Based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, this newly created opportunity will support our Australia and New Zealand business operations, noting we may also consider candidates based in our Melbourne CBD office.

Reporting to the business manager, this role would suit a professional, personable and efficient individual who is keen to work in a stunning corporate office, with a fantastic team, providing business support services. This is a broad role that will suit someone eager to learn and keen to be fully involved in an exciting business with a pathway to a future client role in either strategic advisory or program and project management consultancy.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing professional executive assistance support to the ANZ MD and NSW, VIC and QLD regional business and service line leads including office administration, updating company records, filing, travel arrangements, secretariat, etc.
  • Providing reception services to staff/visitors and enquiries to the Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices from time to time, including managing meeting rooms, calendars and arranging internal and external meetings, training and events (as required).
  • Managing administrative quality assurance functions and supporting internal and external audits for the ANZ business across health, safety and wellbeing, environment and quality.
  • Assisting with coordination and development of tender submissions, reports, presentations, marketing material and other internal or external documentation as required.
  • Supporting client project set up and monthly management, controls reporting, invoicing and administrative processes via Oracle.
  • Supporting our integrated ANZ operating model, flexible ways of working, office environments and delivery of internal business improvement projects or strategic initiatives as part of the ANZ growth strategy.
About you

You have a relevant tertiary qualification You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide strong, motivated teams.

You have advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (including SharePoint) and experience with Oracle highly regarded. You will have a construction, project management or management consulting background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
