As a result of the global Covid-19 pandemic we are excited to announce an expansion of our existing Intermediate Care Team to support our discharge to assess model. We are recruiting full time (37.5 hours per week)Business Support Officers to provide business support and training to a range of staff, including the senior management team, assist with recruitment, procurement and health roster.

The vision of the service is to provide outstanding, patient focused, community based health care and therapy, optimising peoples potential to achieve their goals by supporting earlier discharge from hospital; early assessment for care needs and avoidance of hospital admission.

We are looking for full time staff who are able to work Monday - Friday 9 - 5, with the flexibility to work outside these hours dependent on service demand. Our operating hours are 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. We are offering a 6 month fixed term contract / secondment.
