Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst will contribute to, produce, and manage client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing engagements, serving as a liaison between client staff and internal Epsilon technical delivery teams. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with account team leads to ensure accurate and timely delivery of account deliverables, with a focus on helping clients get the most of the PeopleCloud platform and digital investments. The Business Systems Analyst will work with other subject matter experts from across Epsilon (technology, digital, data) and the wider Publicis Groupe to determine the best solution offerings for our clients and to present our capabilities as part of consultative value-based engagements.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering meetings to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor to clients in consultative engagements on the design and implementation of marketing technology solutions
  • Successfully demonstrate Epsilon's solution capabilities to prospective clients within the context of their business and marketing environment
  • Support the delivery teams on the onboarding and testing of new client implementations, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with client's solution requirements
  • Provide coaching and assistance to the support teams in troubleshooting client-specific implementations
  • Continuously develop and maintain your knowledge of Epsilon's People Cloud offerings and the wider Publicis Groupe services
  • Share knowledge, experience, and best practices with other team members

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in email marketing and CRM
  • Demonstrates excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills - can communicate confidently with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in system integrations with marketing technology platforms (CRM, loyalty, eCommerce, customer data platforms, multi-channel engagement platforms)
  • Proficient in designing and documenting technology solutions
  • Experienced in working in a distributed agile environment with remote teams in different time zones
  • Proactive learner - must have strong interest in the domain and working towards becoming an expert in your field
  • Organised and able to work under pressure, sometimes juggling multiple tasks
  • Highly collaborative and involves others in decision making, building productive relationships
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft VSTS and Atlassian suite
  • Other European languages would be beneficial with preference for French or German
