Facebook is seeking a passionate Business Transformation Program Manager who will assist to design, implement, and bring business transformation in support of our Enterprise Engineering Operations services. This position is responsible for transforming our business processes, systems and technology, and business structures. They will focus on partnering with internal stakeholders/teams to assess the As-Is, design scalable solutions and oversee implementation. They will work to design and drive better change management, faster adoption of new processes, higher ultimate proficiency with the changes that impact employees. The perfect candidate will have experience in the field of Business Transformation, Change Management, Business Process Design, Programme/Project Management, with solid contributions working with senior business stakeholders.

Business Transformation Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Transformation Team in the creation of transformation strategies and make recommendations to ensure it is effective, seamless, consistent and measurable

  • Lead business strategy/priority discussions, partnering closely with regional/international managers on global strategy and execution

  • Coordinate and manage complex programs of projects end-to-end

  • Take vision through to action plans, by creating excellent project presentations and project plans to senior management

  • Develop oversight of processes and work to maintain optimization of same. Tracking progress and reporting on key metrics & goals

  • Drive programs by facilitation, presentation, communication, coordination, planning, and execution across operations teams and business partners

  • Proactively manage expectations of all interested parties: define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered

  • Data driven decision making: interpretation and recommendations

  • Identify industry trends and provide learning opportunities and recommendations

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Business Management, Managing Innovation, Program Management, IT Management or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years experience managing complex programs in large scale environments

  • 4+ years experience driving organizational change with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value

  • Demonstrated deliverables in business process design, change management, framework at scale in multiple environments

  • Proven presentation and communication skills

  • Experience self-directing, problem solving, and prioritizing concurrent projects

  • Experience influencing leaders and partners, relationship building and collaboration at global and cross-functional levels to gain increased alignment

  • Experience organizing concepts into plans, inclusively across partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with ambiguity, is a fast learner and results focused

  • Creative, data driven, process & detail oriented

  • Thought leader in advising or mentoring teams at cross functional global level
