PICS is the employer for this role. PICS is a local company wholly owned by GPs, specialising in community-based care, and run for the benefit of patients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Care and Quality Administrator to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is enthusiastic about providing high quality Administration.

Based within Peacock Healthcare, you will work closely with our Care and Quality team, to support and improve upon the excellent services that we provide to our Patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To monitor the practices performance against QoF compliance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • To monitor compliance with local and national enhanced services and be responsible for compiling and submitting quarterly and annual claims
  • To design, run searches and clinical information ready for audit and review by the clinical team, on a monthly basis, quarterly and annual basis
  • Support and work with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement in data quality
  • Assist all the clinical team with the capturing of patient related data
  • To act as the Patient Carer's Champion. Coordinates the identification and support of carers within that practice. Act as a voice for carers within the practice and be a key point of contact for carer information within the general practice which they work.
  • Arrange and attend important Multiple Disciplinary Team Meetings, Safeguarding and End of life meetings
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Standard Grade Mathematics and English or equivalent
  • Experience of team work, using own initiative and customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Desirable - experience of working within a General Practice Reception environment
