Whether you are looking for the occasional shift, a phased return to work or you are looking to gain experience in our sector we are open to discussion to see if you can help us with some evenings, weekends or nights at our Bircham house site in Sawston

You may be brand new to a career in care or an experienced, skilled and empathetic individual looking for a new move. We’re open to talking to you either way.  Our Bircham House site located in Sawston is 2 miles from the M11 and easily accessible from local towns such as Haverhill, Royston and Saffron Walden. The site is a friendly scheme comprising of 30 one and two bed flats for over 55s.

You'll enjoy building relationship with those you support and be naturally empathetic in helping others.
