To achieve this ambitious vision we are now looking for two Care and Support Workers to join our friendly team. Whether you are looking for the occasional shift, a phased return to work or you are looking to gain experience in our sector we are open to talking with you.These two role are offered on a 20hr a week basis covering Monday to Sunday rotas.
Willowbank is easily accessible from local towns such as Haverhill, Royston and Saffron Walden. This welcoming scheme comprises of 36 one and two bed extra care flats for over 55s.

As a member of our team you'll be integral to helping our customers to be independent. You'll enjoy building relationship with those you support and be naturally empathetic in helping others.
When you join us, we will provide you with all the training to become successful in your role. With each day being different you will help to support our customers with the administration of medication, personal care, domestic duties and the provision of emotional support.
You will be confident in following care plans, maintaining accurate records and take responsibility in safeguarding our customers.
You will ideally have experience of delivering paid or unpaid care to individuals and have an empathetic and caring approach to the work you do. You will have completed your level 2 Diploma in Health and Social care or equivalent.
Bringing a positive attitude to your work you will be flexible in working over a 7-day rota building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
