Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management Limited (NHFML) was established in 2012 and provides specialist project management services for large and small capital developments, estates maintenance and a full range of facilities services.

We have a position available for a Catering Assistant. As part of this role you will be required to maintain the standards of cleanliness as specified throughout the work areas, by means of approved methods. This vacancy will include all areas of catering and serving meals on wards of which full training will be provided, with the opportunity to work towards N.V.Q. Qualification.

1 x 35 position 14:30-22:00

Essential criteria:
  • Basic Food Hygiene and/or Level 1 Food Safety Certificate or must be achieved within 6 months of start date

  • Knowledge of infection prevention and control
