This appointment comes at a time of enormous pressure and change for the NHS system. As a Trust we are robust structurally, financially and in terms of service delivery and we are seeking a high calibre individual who will be able to assimilate the role rapidly. We are therefore looking for distinctive leadership skills and a non-traditional perspective towards leading a healthcare organisation. We are interested in applicants who may be existing Chief Executives looking for a fresh challenge and are attracted to working for a values and culture based organisation that is compassionate and caring. Equally attractive to us are aspiring Chief Executives, carrying out a Deputy role; important to us are servant leadership behaviours with the motivation and enthusiasm to drive the Trust forward and play a leading role in system wide developments.

We are seeking a transformational leader with the ability to manage a team of strong experienced directors underpinned with experience of shaping and delivering strategy and change founded upon an unwavering commitment to performance and quality.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust care passionately about promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. As with all Trust Leaders, the Chief Executive must develop an open culture of equal opportunities and respect and recognise the value of diversity and inclusion. We strive to have a workforce that is representative of the community we serve and have a Board that is representative of the workforce.
