Client Manager - Brand Domain / Turkey

An exciting Client Manager role has opened in Turkey Brand Domain team, working on a portfolio of accounts which provides the opportunity to work across a number of different categories.

You would be responsible for helping drive the strategic direction and ambition of the accounts, delivering briefs, managing day to day requests, developing contacts and relationships, and generating and converting a pipeline of revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Help your clients answer their day-to-day questions by analyzing the data and turning this into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Build relationships with contacts across your clients and use these relationships to understand your clients' challenges and wider goals and partner with them to help answer their questions through Kantar services
  • Ensure your clients receive a best-in-class service
  • Work towards an annual commercial target for your clients together with your team
  • Work with your Client Director to draw up and oversee a strategy to drive the long-term success of our relationships and expand these further
  • Support on New Business client calls, briefs, and deliveries.

Key skills & experience:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience of working in market research industry or conducting market research in other industries (especially on quantitative studies & Brand Health programmes)
  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to inspire clients through your insights
  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, as well as a high standard of written communication
  • A track record of achieving high levels of client satisfaction
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients
  • Keen team player, enjoying working collaboratively to achieve success
  • Attention to detail
