Within Publicis Sapient's Energy and Commodities business, we are quite literally on the front line of the biggest issues facing the largest brands today. Most of these firms face unique challenges from ever-evolving regulatory requirements, lower profit margins, changing technologies, market conditions and they are embarking on large scale digital transformation programmes to stay competitive. As a Client Partner, you will manage and shape and most importantly grow relationships with our E+C clients, helping them to drive customer-centric digital transformation and be an integral partner in helping them reimagine their business, and respond to the complex and extensive challenges that they face on an international scale.

As a Publicis Sapient Client Executive, you will be a true business partner with a strategic understanding of our clients' brands, their business, their customers and what's coming next in their industry.

You will feel at home on client sites, getting to know them personally and frequently interacting with key stakeholders to understand any issues and be able to turn them into tangible briefs and to proactively come back and truly inspire them. You are an expert in DBT and have demonstrable and extensive experience in both large scale, complex problems and E+C as an industry.

Qualifications

  • To be a valued member of client services you need two key qualities. You must be talented, and you must be collaborative. Your ambition, curiosity, chemistry, and personality are key elements for success.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital, business transformation, and platform development within the E+C sector.
  • Have extensive experience gained in a business or strategy consulting, or an IT environment (focused within the E+C sector) note- this role is not suited to those from an advertising/digital media background.
  • Experience in both selling and delivering complex technical solutions relevant to the sector- you will have revenue targets and this will be a key metric for your performance.
  • Proven track record in developing client relationships at C-level, networks at both local and national level within the E+C industry.
  • A visionary "thought leader", comfortable speaking from a position of knowledge with clients and industry leaders.
  • Managing a portfolio size of $5m (minimum) plus with demonstrable previous experience of doing so.
  • Those prerequisite skills that go hand in hand with being a senior leader in a global business; exceptional budget management, exemplary presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication- a true leader.
