Facebook is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to help build advertising solutions to the largest multi-channel Retailers in the DACH region. As Client Partner you will contribute to a high-caliber team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have excellent Brand Marketing, Business Development, Consulting and/or Media Sales experience- optional a multi-channel/retail industry background with the ability to consult and deliver high-end campaigns. Success in this position requires a blend of strong communication & consultative skills, creativity, with excellence in commercially focused client service in a strong team environment.
You will report to the Vertical Lead Retail and are used to dealing with Senior Management and C-level for Marketing and Media on client side. This position is located in our Hamburg office.

Client Partner, Retail Responsibilities


  • Build and grow business impact and relationships with our Retail partners and their agencies (Media, Creative and others) in the DACH region

  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities for and with our partners to growth their business

  • Build long term strategic partnerships with the largest Retail Brands in the region

  • Work on Facebook's overall Retail strategy

  • Partner with international Facebook cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach to Facebook's success with businesses

  • Create and deliver consultative marketing and sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, case studies and Facebook solutions

  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction and Facebook

  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions

  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of consulting and operational customer service

Minimum Qualifications


  • Demonstrated track record of Marketing, Consulting, Brand Advertising, Creative, Media experience

  • Proven knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving business growth

  • Experience managing top industry accounts, dealing with senior management and C-level

  • Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence

  • Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy

  • Familiarity with both Facebook and Instagram's commercial offering

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven record at working as part of a team
