The Client Solutions Manager partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Facebook. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Facebook's most important commercial relationships in the European tech scene. The Client Solutions Manager is an analytical solution-driver who puts our partners at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. This is done through the combination of strong marketing and media understanding and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a deep passion for startups, tech, marketing, data & Facebook. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions. Additionally required is working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines and aggressive targets. The position also entails the ability to create strong partnerships through nurturing relationships and becoming the sought out expert for all things marketing, and by that becoming a strong influence power with our partners. This role will be located in our Tel-Aviv office.

Client Solutions Manager - B2B Responsibilities

  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption

  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

  • Media Strategy

  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

  • Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation

  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs

  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

  • Project Management and Internal Operations

  • Project manage complex work streams

  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

  • Understand and execute global marketing

  • Drive and measure brand and performance metrics

Minimum Qualifications

  • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment

  • Good relationship & communication skills. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team

  • Ability to act as a consultative agent to a client, establish meaningful relationships and drive clients to actions

  • Ability to travel as needed for client and agency meetings (est. 1x per month on average)

  • Project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail. You are able to prioritize your work, focus on impact and take initiatives. Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking & data analysis that resulted in delivering actionable insights/recommendations. Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights

  • Proven record of using data to solve problems: knowledge in SQL is a great advantage

  • Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills

  • Fluency in English and Hebrew

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS product, marketing, BI or growth experience strongly preferred

  • BA/BS degree - would be an advantage but not mandatory

  • Demonstrated knowledge of online media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, funnel management, retention, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)

  • Experienced working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies having demonstrated leadership experience

  • Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management
