Clinical Office Coordinator - Band 4 - 37.5 hours - fixed term 18 months

This is a great opportunity for you to join our Respiratory Clinical Office Team at St Peter's Hospital. You will be part of our lively and very fast paced team, supported by incredible team members, consultants and specialist nurses. This role is for you if enjoy:

  • Dealing with patient enquiries on the phone
  • Managing own workload and using initiative when making decisions
The post includes overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, managing outpatient waiting lists, liaising with patients, GPs and medical & clinical staff and dealing with enquiries by letter, fax, e-mail and telephone.
