What's the role about?

As one of our Commercial Leads you will manage our soon-to-be launched Savings & Investments product. It is a strategic and forward-thinking role as you will need to plan and understand the Savings & Investments market and how customers will engage with the product. Education and developing your team of Partners capability will also be a key part of this role.

What will you be doing?

You will manage all aspects of our Savings & Investments product which will include the P&L, managing the 3rd party vendor relationship who support the digital capabilities of the product. You will ensure a successful launch of the new product, developing the testing and learning to drive growth. In addition, you will shape the strategic intent for Savings & Investment Product which will set a clear path for your team. On a daily basis you will need to keep abreast of key metrics such as customer engagement and take up and adapt plans quickly when needed. As this is a new product for our business, being able to influence and communicate with a variety of stakeholders is important.

What will you need to have?
  • Financial Services experience, ideally in Savings & Investments
  • P&L management
  • Leadership of complex matrix delivery teams (internal and 3rd party)
  • Relationship management (external and internal)
  • Digital channel development
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
