The opportunity

Project:This is a 5-star resort project. Mace is providing project management in all facets of the project activities to deliver the project to meet cost, time and quality requirements.

We need a full-time commercial lead to be based in the Maldives to manage a 5-star resort.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all PMC commercial functions at programme level and control at project levels.
  
• Participating in programme governance committees, influencing and shaping policies and outcomes
  
• Managing the members of the PMC leadership team, commercial reporting, resource management and overall service quality.
  
• Overseeing the development of scheduling, commercial management, procurement, IT, document control strategies and plans.
  
• Ensuring coordination and policies are maintained across the entire organisation.
  
• Managing PMC's contact with the CDC commercial, procurement, finance and audit teams.
  
• Managing the procurement, implementation and deployment of project management IT systems.
  

About you

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience of programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
