What's the role about?

We are looking for a Commercial Manager on a fixed term basis to lead our Foreign Exchange business through the extraordinary change the industry is facing and help us to significantly grow our revenue and market share. You will need to be comfortable building relationships with multiple stakeholders and being able to lead in a matrix style. This role would suit someone who has previous trading experience alongside pricing through to distribution.

In light of the current situation, this role will temporarily involve permanently working from home. Therefore it's key that you have access to a suitable working environment if at home, away from any distractions and your own secure wifi connection

What will you be doing?

You will lead and drive the development and delivery of the Foreign Exchange business to achieve our P&L targets. You will be accountable for the planning and delivery of activity to achieve targets, and providing strong leadership across multiple stakeholders on the day-to-day running of the products. You will also lead the relationship management for our 3rd party provider - having an understanding of these types of contracts would be beneficial.

What you'll have
  • Significant Financial Services commercial experience (ideally in Forex)
  • Significant relationship management (external and internal)
  • Experience of running a P&L
  • Proposition development experience
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
