Job Title - Commercial Operations Manager
Location - Sydney, Australia

Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to join our Australian and New Zealand business based out of our Sydney office. As a Sales Operations Manager you will provide support and guidance to multiple lines of business, with a primary focus on the sales and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the process of sales and revenue forecasting for both Australia and New Zealand
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports.
  • To analyze data from Salesforce and other sources to identify key trends, opportunities and problems and communicate this effectively to the Management Team in ANZ.
  • Manage the company wide commercial operating ecosystem
  • Ensure field staff are compliant with the global rules and regulations
  • Partner with global Operations, Finance and other functions to support critical analyses across the business
  • Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions for new business initiatives, and lead select/associated initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience in an Operations / Sales Ops / Business Analysis capacity or similar,
  • Prior experience in leading strategic initiatives of firm and/or function-wide scope.
  • Prior experience / exposure to financial reporting

  • Demonstrated maturity and poise; ability to employ perfect discretion in sensitive situations
  • Ability to structure and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses (i.e, strong analytical skills and High proficiency in distilling data into important relevance for senior managers)
  • Experience in a Sales or Commercial function is desirable
