Our dynamic Corporate Legal Services team at NWSSP Legal and Risk Services requires a full-time solicitor, barrister or legal executive, to manage a diverse caseload of matters, with a main focus on commercial/regulatory activities, under the instruction of NWSSP, Welsh NHS bodies and Welsh Government.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in a legal practice, or within a public sector organisation providing legal services. The team covers a broad range of matters including NHS regulatory and administrative law to include Continuing Health Care funding disputes, commissioning disputes, Primary Health Care issues, General Medical Council/General Dental Council fitness to practice issues, data protection, commercial contracts and procurement advice amongst many others. The candidate will demonstrate an excellent understanding of the requirements of an in-house service and a good track record of team working.

The ideal candidate for the above position must have excellent client care skills, good communication skills, a confident approach to work and can demonstrate our core values:
