FT Live is currently recruiting for the role of Sales Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global team and assist the Global Commercial team.
The first contact for the Global sales team with any queries relating to Salesforce and billing queries.
Train new and existing members of the team on the Salesforce process and ensure all steps are practiced
Fulfill sponsorship bookings on adbook in a proactive and timely manner
CRM system management and administration
Creating and maintaining a portfolio of key documents
Assist with running and creating reports for the Commercial managers on request.
Chase contract approvals so they progress through the system so they can be completed efficiently.
Data management - updating salesforce records when requested and chasing the team to ensure they are keeping their records up to date.
Building a professional relationship with the Salesforce and Finance teams in order to ensure alignment with the process.
Bachelor's degree graduate
Relevant administrative/ sales support experience
Working experience with any CRM tool or software
Be able to work within a large, dynamic and fast moving international business
Be able to juggle a large team and various tasks set throughout the day
Good and effective communicator
Effective task & time management proficiency
Being proactive in planning the day/week ahead
Good level of initiative and self-motivation
High level of attention to detail
Knowledgeable in Finance processes
