THIS POST IS FIXED TERM UNTIL 09.01.2022 DUE TO THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

The Strategy, Planning & Performance Directorate is seeking to recruit to the position of Commissioning & Performance Manager on a 12 month secondment/fixed contract for maternity cover.

This role is crucial to our success and continued development of our commissioning arrangements, in particular, forecasting and modelling and performance management that support these arrangements. It is an exciting opportunity for a highly numerate, talented, energetic and forward thinking individual to join our Team. Working with a stable, skilled and committed leadership group who are driven by the delivery of quality patient care, informed through a predictive performance capability and detailed performance analysis.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Commissioning & Performance you will be responsible for overseeing the continued development of the Trust's ambulance modelling software, demand forecasting, performance deep dives, the development of the Trust's performance management framework and regular reporting to Board, Executives and external stakeholders.

You will also be required to work closely with the Assistant Director Commissioning & Performance and the Assistant Director of Strategy & Planning and wider members of the Directorate team on delivery of the Trust's corporate plans and transformation.
