Job description
RNIB's Older People and Complex Needs team provides a range of specialist training to health and social care professionals, increasing knowledge and awareness of sight loss and hidden sight loss for people with complex needs, while ensuring that workforce skills are relevant to promote reach, inclusion and access to services.

As a Consultancy and Training Coordinator, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the training team, partner organisations and learners, helping to maintain the standards of our high-quality training programmes. To ensure that courses runs smoothly, you will organise all aspects of training administration, creating clear invitations, organising training materials, supporting access to online learning systems (such as SharePoint sites), managing training records, creating evaluation reports, proofreading learning materials and producing these in accessible formats.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and fast-paced team, making a real contribution to a variety of different projects and training programmes.

The ideal candidate is flexible, highly organised and will have experience in prioritising work demands across several projects. The candidate will have high customer service standards, being prepared to support commissioning organisations to achieve the most from our training programmes. The ideal candidate will also be confident using Microsoft 365 applications, supporting online training solutions and be proficient in record maintenance.
