We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our delivery team in DACH. The role of Consultant is varied; working with clients to deliver our end to end solutions, evaluating the impact and satisfaction of the customer adding maximum value to our clients. The primary focus is on design and delivery of our services to clients, working in tandem with the various business teams, both locally and internationally.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manages client project delivery ensuring a shared understanding with all relevant internal and external stakeholders on all required steps, project components and resources for a timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Partners with Sales and with clients to shape, scope, and position solutions in order to win business. This includes generation of proposals, responding to RFPs and providing expert advice to Sales and to clients on how our propositions can help address their business and talent needs
  • Internal administration, including accurate use of Salesforce (for client management, time and expenses, project management and invoicing) to provide business insight into margin and profitability
  • Designs and delivers solutionsincluding:
    • Talent Management Strategy & Process Design
    • Assessment
    • Learning & Development
    • Workforce Analytics
    • Training Delivery for standard public courses and in-house customised/bespoke courses

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Working experience in HR or Talent Management consulting, or as a practitioner
  • Experience of delivering and managing client projects in one or more of the following areas: graduate recruitment; volume recruitment; restructure and redundancy; leadership assessment and development; talent management and succession planning
  • Experience of implementing HR and people solutions with a measurable impact for clients
  • Experience in delivering public training
  • Ideally possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in Industrial & Organisational Psychology

Skills:

  • Understand and believe in the value of Talent Measurement in strategic human capital solutions
  • A persuasive and credible networker - with skills to develop existing opportunities and leverage new ones
  • Project management basics
  • Excellent written skills
  • Excellent business English and fluent/native German language skills
  • Excellent IT skills: Able to create and manipulate documents using Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint & Word
