We are looking to recruit a full time permanent experienced, motivated and flexible Administrator to join our team.

The administration service is required 365 days a year and will work a four days on / four days off rota across the year to ensure that administrative support is always available (an enhancement for weekend and bank holiday work is payable).

The successful candidate will require excellent written and verbal communication skills; the roles will include dealing with sensitive telephone calls.

Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential.

In addition you must have excellent office administration and organisational skills with experience of working in a busy office environment. Advanced word processing, data inputting skills and knowledge of Microsoft office packages is also essential.

The post will involve working very closely with the all members of the team and will be first point of contact for incoming calls communicating with patients or carers and other agencies in and outside of the organisation.

You must be flexible, self-motivated and be able to manage competing priorities. You must be competent at managing your own workload and be able to demonstrate proactivity and initiative.
