The Nottingham CityCare Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Team wish to recruit a Band 3 Continuing Care Administrator on a permanent basis to join our busy and dynamic team. The post holder will be responsible for providing administration support and delivering an effective and competent level of administration and clerical support to the CHC team. They will be required to deliver a "client-focused" service promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.

This provides an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and forward thinking team, who work hard and support each other in challenging times.

The position will be based at Aspect House, Bulwell, but you may be expected to travel to locations within the Nottingham CityCare boundary.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and you must be able to use your initiative and be responsive to the requirements of both CityCare and the Clinical Commissioning Groups.
