Location - Masteron Park, Dunfermline KY11 8NX

Hours – 40 hours per week 8 hours per day 9am -5pm 

What you’ll do

  • Using SAP, raise and receipt accurate purchase orders

  • Participate in month end and weekly meetings

  • Assist Project Managers with preparation of monthly and weekly accounts reporting.

  • Prepare Customer Invoices – External and Internal

  • Ensure the accurate recording of timesheets

  • Booking of Hotels and Travel


The experience you will need


  • Administration / clerical experience

  • Google Docs and Sheets, Microsoft Office IT skills

  • Analytical and good eye for detail

  • Travel to other locations for meetings and training may be required

  • Full UK Driving licence


  • Experience of SAP (Purchasing) and Sage for raising Sales Invoices will be an advantage.

Where you’ll work 

You will be working for our Organics Recycling department covering a range of different contracts across the country. The role is based at our office in Dunfermline working as part of a team of three.
