Ricoh are actively recruiting for a Contract Booking Administrator to join us here at the Northampton Head Office.

What you will be doing

The role of the Contract Booking Administrator is to review and activate the lease contracts originated by the Ricoh UK in accordance with internal policies and processes and external regulation and compliance. Reporting to a CAT Team Leader and the CAT Processing Manager, the administrator will ensure that all activities for the department are performed in accordance with agreed SLAs with Ricoh Capital Europe and the Op Co.

You will ideally have
    * Good knowledge of service and lease contracts
    * Excellent Customer Service skills· Understanding of the legal documents you are booking
    * Ability to make decisions independently
    * Full understanding of the FLR/AR reports
    * PC literate - Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
    * Ability to run and keep daily reports up to date
    * Ability to priorities work effectively and meet deadlines
    * Good verbal and written communication skills
    * Proven track record for understanding the business requirement
    * Ability to work as part of a team and individually and take leadership in the absence of the TL
    * To have a good can do attitude and be motivational
