Salary: £29,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

Location: Remote and apx 4 days onsite per month (London and Southend)

What is the purpose of the position?
  • As a Contract Lead, you will be reporting to the Deputy and Director of the Healthcare Operations Centre and will be managing a team of Patient Healthcare Advisors and Team Leaders.
  • The Contract Lead will oversee and be responsible for the performance and the delivery of excellent customer service for their service portfolios.
What are the key responsibilities?
  • You will be responsible for a team, whilst also managing and maintaining the contractual and company KPI's
  • You will be required to liaise with other Management, and other levels, to ensure the smooth running of their services
  • You will be required to work closely with several Clients, Commissioning Groups, Service Managers and other patient facing teams to continuously develop and improve the services that we provide

  • Clear thinking and have an analytical approach
  • Able to work as part of a team, to promote a good team spirit and to be sensitive and assertive as appropriate
  • Experience of personnel issues including recruitment, training and supervision
  • Ability to lead a team remotely
  • Ability to work remotely with suitable broadband connection
  • Ability to attend our Head Office at London Bridge (Southend Onwards from Dec 2020) and | or GP and Secondary Care Practices as required to attend training sessions, participate in engagement activities and other duties when required.
