As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for business sales from our UK and Dutch corporate clients and Corporate Travel Management Companies (TMCs -agencies) through portfolio management.

The role is located in London, King's Cross area. We offer flexible work arrangements.


We are looking for someone who...
  • Manages a portfolio of diverse corporate clients across our core markets within the corporate model
  • Identifies and assesses incremental sales potential within a portfolio of managed corporate accounts (profile management) and establish an efficient account plan and calendar activities to drive sales
  • Negotiates European Corporate Agreements (discounted fare rates) with corporate buyers based on the Eurostar framework
  • Implements all marketing activities and commercial commitments agreed during the negotiation
  • Conducts client review meetings with your accounts
  • Maintains and builds on our third party relationships with Travel Management Companies
  • Drives new business opportunities within the portfolio of managed Travel Management Companies
  • Is responsible for negotiating all Eurostar Preferred Supplier Agreements with TMCs within your portfolio
  • Optimises trade-offs beneficial for Eurostar to ensure revenue growth and business development
  • Is active in all business organizations to ensure Eurostar's visibility, market insights, and convert new prospects into clients.
  • Is responsible for building a new business plan with prospects and new clients to target within a year
  • Looks after monthly performance reporting (targets, incremental revenue, ROI, market share, the competition's offer and prices ...)
  • Creates a database within our CRM to feed the new business pipeline (prospects)
  • Creates a plan of unmanaged clients communication and organize familiarization trips to raise the awareness of our product
  • Is responsible for incremental revenue by tailored incentives per TMC
  • Is responsible for the budget: follow up, monthly report, ROI optimization
You'll need...
  • An experience in an account management position in the Airline, Hospitality, TMC industry
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability for working across a multicultural client base
  • Be fully proficient in MS Office
  • To have an understanding of GDS (desirable)
