We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join as Creative Manager specialized in Graphic Design in the Last Mile Delivery Service Provider team.

This role will be responsible for creating best-in-class graphic design content that result in high levels of trust and engagement with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) leads interested in joining Amazon's new entrepreneur program. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with strategic communications / program management skills and experience, and excellent graphic design ability. In this role you may be creating content for Instagram, Email Marketing, the website, events, etc. In partnership with the EU Senior Lifecycle Marketing manager, we will be looking for someone who is excited about owning the creative roadmap for DSP 2.0 in EU.

Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who is flexible and thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

Key Job Responsibilities:
· From the ground-up, create high-quality, engaging creative assets to help the marketing team drive lead generation across advertising, email marketing, social media, and the website
· Coordinate EU creative photoshoots for marketing photography
· Measure the effectiveness of marketing content, and consistently test & learn how to improve key KPIs.
· In partnership with the EU Communication manager, own the development of an EU content marketing calendar to help drive engagement.
· Partner with Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to create country specific brand guidelines, with specific ownership on creative strategy.
· Create a marketing content library of assets to use across countries in EU

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficient in English
· Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
· 2 years Experience in Graphic Design or Marketing Experience
· Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and all major design tools
· Highly developed and polished written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Experience in interacting with cross-functional teams

· Highly developed and polished written communication skills
· Strong balance of creative and organization skills
· Strong sense of brand and editorial voice; the ability to harmonize creative content across multiple channels and marketing vehicles
· Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once
