Our ITV Commercial team is responsible for bringing in the £1.9bn worth of advertising that helps fund ITV's programming. However, our Commercial team isn’t just about advertising sales jobs, we also have ITV Creative Partnerships who is responsible for building brand activations around ITV programmes and channels using TV sponsorships, secondary programme partnerships, content, product placement and digital integrations to build advertising campaigns for ITV’s clients

The huge success of Love Island both editorially and commercially has necessitated a dedicated team of highly creative and capable professionals.
The Creative Partnerships Manager - Love Island reports into the Head of Creative Partnerships and is responsible for managing the relationship with commercial stakeholders with efficiency, tact and unerring focus to deliver bespoke partnerships around Love Island.
The campaigns will be created using multi layered elements of promotional licensing, product placement, social campaigns, content creation, display formats and ITV’s digital products. The role also requires good working knowledge of consumer products, timelines and manufacture deadlines.
This role will work closely with the Campaign Management teams in ITV Commercial, ITV digital team and the Love Island editorial team
Some Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Creative Partnerships to deliver bespoke, integrated campaigns around the show in a fast paced, time pressured environment
Keep across all aspects of the delivery of allocated projects
Keep all parties abreast of editorial and practical developments.
Troubleshoot potential issues quickly and find resolutions
Have a good understanding of the creative production process and be able to communicate technical requirements to clients
Be aware of sensitivities a project may bring with it both internally and publicly
Responsible for ensuring budgets are kept to and keeping all parties informed if there are any changes to budget requirements
Become established as the first point of contact with stakeholders with brilliant internal and external stakeholder management
Maintain these key relationships to ensure the smooth-running of projects
Act responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times, especially around sensitive company information or personnel matters
To be punctual and polite at all times
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
Commercial experience of managing clients and running advertising campaigns, plus knowledge of effective social and digital content campaigns
A high level of understanding of the broadcast media environment, including Digital
Ability to present creative and strategy
Possess clear and effective communication skills and maintain relationships.
Ability to juggle many projects at the same time and stick to hard deadlines.
Be transparent and open in giving and receiving feedback.
Manage conflict and difficult situations.
Understanding of production process
Experience of project management needed from forecast to delivery
Knowledge of office administration – Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, GoogleMail, iBusiness, etc.
Excellent time and organisational management.
Ability to work in a high pressure, reactive environment.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in email communication and documents.
Helpful and supportive to others within the department
