Customer Operations Executive

The Role & Team:
In this role you’ll join our Customer Operations team, part of a larger Shared Service function, with the objective of supporting sales teams across the UK and internationally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
We have an opportunity for a customer-focused professional to look after all aspects of order and invoice management. Working closely with various departments internally, customers and sales teams internationally to ensure all invoices are issued on time and that payments are received and all details are accurately reported. You’ll also help to identify and implement new billing procedures and controls.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Do you have experience in sales order processing and providing payment support to customers & sales teams?
- If you have prior experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Great Plains (GP) or similar systems that would be an advantage but by no means essential.
- We’re looking for an individual with excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills, and driven to implement new procedures and processes
- Key to success in this role is being able to self-manage, take ownership of your workload as well as working positively in a diverse and helpful team environment.

Due to COVID19, this position is currently home based. Ordinarily, you would be based at our head office in Bingley, West Yorkshire although flexible working is considered and encouraged.
