Job description
The Business Services team are the commercial arm of RNIB. We work with commercial organisations to deliver inclusive, accessible and usable solutions for blind and partially sighted people.

We are looking for people to join our team as Customer Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be driven and experienced in managing high value relationships with commercial clients at a senior level. They will be highly skilled and professional Customer Relationship Managers who can target and win new business clients across our Business Services portfolio of products and services.

As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will support the development and realisation of the business development strategy to achieve profitable annual growth and meet related targets.

With extensive experience in account management at a senior level, you will be an active listener with a consultative sales approach. You will also be a professional and confident communicator face to face, over the phone and in writing who can provide client solutions and effectively manage their requirements.

A proven track record working in the print, digital, regulated or similar service sector is required. The role will involve travel throughout the UK.
