What’s the role?
You’ll be delighting our customers with precise and accurate manual handling of orders. With proactive communication, you'll be providing world-class service to our customers being the first point of contact to resolve service issues, returns, orders and day to day deliveries. You will be expected to implement best practice and develop ideas for customer service optimisation. The ideal candidate will manage effective and efficient relationships with our warehouse and logistic partners and be able to provide customer-specific updates to key stakeholders. With your working knowledge of SAP, you will manage the integrity of our customer data; ensuring it is updated and managed regularly. Your energetic personality will raise and support your fellow customer service team members. Within the team, you'll be a beacon of the company values, and you'll take challenges in your stride taking a solution-based, diplomatic approach to challenges.
Being fluent in French, English and Dutch is required.
