An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Children and Young People's (CYP) Continuing Care and Complex Case Team at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group. The CYP Team at Norfolk and Waveney CCG are a friendly team consisting of nurses, allied health professionals, commissioners and administrators, all of whom are passionate about outcomes for children and young people across Norfolk and Waveney.

The Continuing Care and Complex Case team oversee a busy service providing assessment and commissioning support for CYP with complex health needs. The team also look after CYP who have Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder who are supported under the Transforming Care agenda and Care, Education, Treatment Review (CETR) process.

The successful applicant will have excellent administration skills including the ability to minute fast paced meetings, to record and report on service data and be adept at invoicing and financial management. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator with professionals but also able to communicate sensitively with young people and families on a regular basis. Secretarial typing skills and experience in the healthcare environment are desirable.
