This team will be a fundamental part of building a culture where people can be their best. They will help to drive workforce engagement and diversity to deliver an outstanding colleague experience.

You'll have the following responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the end to end tactical plans that deliver the strategy, using data and insight to design the activities that will deliver the most impact
  • Work with HR colleagues to deliver the cultural and inclusive practices required to achieve our goals and ambitions
  • Create and innovate new ideas and pilot new D&I and Cultural interventions within the business
  • Build strong working relationships with other SME colleagues across the different business units, Group Centre of Expertise (COE) and our diversity networks
  • Support the Group COE to review our workplace, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are all-inclusive
You'll have the following skills & experience
  • D&I and/or Culture knowledge and experience - lived in experience or gained through other activities such as volunteering etc.
  • Ability and interest to research internal and external practices
  • Able to generate ideas, proposals and initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Stakeholder management and evidence of ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities using project management tools including agile ways of working
  • Data and numeracy - able to interpret data and use insight to drive decision making
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Data and insight including basic modelling, reporting against targets and interpreting statistics
  • Carrying out research and making recommendations based on findings
  • Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation
