You'll make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge.Our team helps clients navigate various analytics applications to get the most value out of their technology investment and foster confidence in their business intelligence. As part of our team, you'll help our clients implement enterprise content and data management applications that improve operational effectiveness and provide impactful data analytics and insights.
Data & Analytics Manager

Our Technology & Data Analytics (TDA) business unit is 600 strong and offers a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change.
Our Mid-Market Transformation team specialise in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions

We are now looking for experienced Data and AnalyticsManagers to join afast-growing teamfocused on a rapidly growing market and assist us in combining technology and data delivery to become the leading business integrator and client-side advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex Data Analytics projects and programmes
  • Manage matrixed teams made up of people from PwC, our clients and other third parties
  • Identify and prioritise data analytics projects with our clients
  • Own and ensure quality in the end to end project lifecycle from ideation through to benefits realisation
  • Deliver value for our clients through helping them solve their biggest problems with data analytics.
  • Effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders including C-level executives
  • This role will give the right candidate senior exposure at PwC and will present opportunities for progression.
Essential skills & experience

Technical Skills
  • Experience developing data analytics solutions on cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure but will consider GCP or AWS)
  • Experience developing data solutions using modern business intelligence tools (preferably Power BI but will consider Tableau or Qlik)
  • Deep analytics experience in at least one function (e.g Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement etc.)
Project Management
  • Experience managing multiple analytics projects from ideation through to benefits realisation
  • Experience running projects using an Agile methodology (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban etc.)
  • Experience using Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA, Kanbanchi etc)
Commercial Skills
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and turn these into budgeted projects
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and design suitable analytics solutions
  • Experience in turning analytics solutions into measurable benefit
