Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data and Information Manager to join our Knowledge Data Architecture team to lead a team of data selection and data import officers to support both income and non-income generating business activity helping RNIB maximise the value of customer data.

The successful candidate will be required to manage the data management and data selection services provided by the Knowledge Data Architecture team to all RNIB directorates, ensuring that resources are prioritised appropriately. They'll also be required to liaise with external agencies and act as a business partner across RNIB in order to meet organisational data needs. They will also be responsible for designing and managing all data selection processes.

Candidates should have proven track record of data team management as well as a good working knowledge of data manipulation tools like SQL and Excel. Strong planning and organising and problem solving skills are also essential for this role, as well as the ability to develop effective and supportive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
