Brief Description

As data assistant you will help us do this by accurately importing, amending, recording and reporting on data relating to Capacity Planning's systems. In return, we can ensure continued training and development within a growing team.
About the role (External)

  • Accurately import operator bid data files entering Capacity Planning's systems
  • Maintain accurate records of data change and report on status
  • Undertake checks on data quality with
  • Work within an agreed timeframe to ensure SLAs are met
  • Undertake data maintenance and cleanse activities to ensure Capacity Planning's data integrity
  • Provide system administration where required
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partners
  • Support continuous improvement activities which provide measureable benefit to the achievement of Capacity Planning's Business Plan
What you'll need:
  • Previous experience in data management activities
  • Proven ability to work systematically, accurately and meet deadlines
  • Proven competence working with IT systems
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
