Duties & Responsibilities
In this role you will: - Manage Systems Support Section Managers (CDHs). - Lead and motivate the Systems Support Team to deliver the business objective of providing excellent first line support to the CDH network. - Demonstrate outstanding leadership to deliver team KPIs and achieve CDH wide SLAs. - Provide expert knowledge and understanding of the Partnership IT infrastructure and systems used within the Customer Delivery Operation. - Maintain and develop a professional relationship with Partnership Information Technology Service Centre (PITSC) and Infrastructure teams. - Manage third-party supplier relationships to achieve maximum service levels and support for the systems operation. - Recommend and implement improvements for the Service Desk Support operation.

Job Requirements
- This pivotal role within the Customer Delivery Operation would suit a highly organised individual able to work and manage to tight deadlines with attention to detail. - Expert levels of understanding of our systems and operations are required in order to identify issues as well as to propose appropriate actions to ensure the swiftest problem resolution. - Communication skills of the highest order will be utilised in the provision of support for our users and when working with colleagues across the wider Business. Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Qualifications:-Comfortable working with a wide range of IT hardware and software applications.Experience:-Strong experience of providing and managing 1st line IT Systems SupportStrong experience of using and managing a wide variety of IT systems and software.
