Your Role

The purpose of the Digital Analytics Manager is to unlock the potential of our new analytics capabilities and apply digital analytics to develop and improve new online experiences, digital services and the client journeys.

Your Team

In the UK, Invesco serves a breadth of clients including financial advisors, discretionary wealth managers, pension funds and insurers. Our customers have sophisticated and unique investment needs, which we are uniquely positioned to deliver through 13 investment centres with expertise in equities, fixed income, and alternatives. Marketing seeks to connect client needs with our capabilities by crafting effective, accountable, multi-channel communications which educate, inspire and support our clients.

Our challenge for the Digital Analytics Manager is to take advantage of our newly developed world class analytics tools and be a key part in the development of new digital services and marketing initiatives to transform the business as we move to a digital future.

You will be responsible for:
  • Providing subject matter expertise on digital analytics across multiple projects and with multiple teams.
  • Driving adoption, maturity and democratisation of digital analytics data, platforms and methodologies across our EMEA marketing teams.
  • Partnering with campaign, website, channel, SEO and digital product teams to be a key driver in terms of identifying opportunities and ideate to test new ideas that could improve the effectiveness of our website and digital activity.
  • Playing a key role in leveraging new capabilities - identify new analytics requirements to meet business needs with key stakeholders and regularly brief and coordinate with implementation specialists and data architects to enable.
  • Identifying, analysing and building new digital audience segments in line with targeting, testing and personlisation intitaitives and strategies.
  • Delivering regular communications across the business
  • Collaborating with global digital analytics counterparts to share best practice, learnings and processes.
The skills and experience you'll bring

You will:
  • Have experience using Adobe Analytics
  • Bring experience in performing analysis across multiple data sources, identifying trends and behaviours and providing key insights and recommendations
  • Show experience in reporting, communicating and presenting results and recommendations
  • Bring experience and knowledge on a wide variety of digital marketing practices
  • Have the ability to identify areas, channels or segments where A/B testing may be appropriate
  • Show your understanding of web tagging

  • Is a data whizz and can translate data metrics into easily digestible opportunities and insights
  • Highly analytical and curious to find insights in data with impeccable attention to detail
