Job Description

  • Diagnose client needs/problems and use our full arsenal across Publicis Groupe to meet/solve them with a future facing point of view.
  • Oversee the development of Digital, Data & Technology Strategy roadmaps for our clients' transformation agendas
  • Ensure ongoing digital insights on target audience, tech trends, and usage and how this will impact or transform the client business are fed into planning teams
  • Overall visibility on all digital partnerships, unlocking JBP elements and opportunities and ensuring strategy leads, BD's and MA teams are integrating into planning and activation
  • Ensure that UK strategies are the very best, and are setting the standard for other European markets
  • Team development responsibility to ensure we are creating data driven audience strategies across all channels, apply and maximize the use of connected data and technology to drive growth outcomes for clients, deploy measurement solutions that evidence effectiveness of communications.
  • Develop a high performance team, ensure the team have development plans to improve o their skillset and clear goals in the appraisals.
  • Lead new business opportunities in pitches


  • We are looking for a brilliant data driven marketer who can tell compelling stories through data and gain buy-in across a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Someone who can clearly, simply and convincingly articulate the role digital channels play in the marketing landscape, contextualize the value of digital for overall client business goals and explain sometimes complex thinking in simple language.
  • A strategic and big-picture thinker, grounded in analytics and optimisation, able to uncover strategic insights that can help create, shape and transform overall client (digital) strategic direction through a media strategy and communications plan.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to help clients achieve goals
  • Commercial,naturally driven and high energy to constantly rise to the challenge
  • You will be confident in presenting both internally and externally
  • Proficiency in ad tech and marketing automation systems, including Adobe, Salesforce and Oracle
  • Experience briefing a team of specialists and the ability to bridge planning and specialist execution. A brilliant operator with clear understanding of process and timing.
  • Expertise in both digital and offline media planning, across all channels, with the deep understanding of latest and emerging buying models that influence KPI setting
  • Team leadership and guidance - inspire and motivate the planning team to deliver for us
  • You are a self-starter, keen to help others develop client value from digital, visible to the wider team, inspirational yet approachable
