The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the media team and be accountable for driving qualified traffic to .com .You need to be a media allrounder, skilled in understanding the role of and planning both above the line and performance media. You will be responsible for the UK market and manage a team of two performance marketing managers looking after Europe (France, Belgium & Netherland), US & the ROW.

We are looking for someone who...
Owns our media strategy and tactics for driving efficient growth across multiple markets at profitable cost. Responsibilities will include revenue forecasting, budgeting, and building business cases for increased/reduced investment. Oversees devising test and learn strategy for each channel and for .com landing pages with aim of driving further efficiency or more revenue via CVR improvement etc. Creates, manages, and optimises paid search campaigns, maximising performance for customers in terms of traffic, conversions and ROI- PPC Ensures we maintain and grow our organic site traffic via technical and content optimisations (alongside the content team) - SEO Owns competitors' analysis and reporting. Is responsible for media KPIs & media measurement framework. Has a strong understanding of different measurement and evaluation methodologies Has an understanding of brand tracker and insight methodologies, evidence of having shifted brand metrics with new brand positioning and advertising. Ensures accurate time tracking and regularly reviews and refines processes and quality of work standards to ensure all projects continue to support overarching digital strategies, goals and SLAs. Focuses on CPA reduction and constant exceeding of existing targets to ensure we maximise profitable acquisition. Ensures monthly & quarterly reporting are delivered on time. Manages external agencies/partners and influence internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and program innovation (includes agency performance reviews, contracting, extracting value, fee negotiations). Keeps internal stakeholders updated on media consumption trends and consumer insights. Ensures we deliver the scope of work as efficiently as possible (incl. Raise POs in line with annual budget, reconcile hours, spend forecast) and that Eurostar extracts maximum commercial value. Leads, inspires and develops the media team, growing their skills and motivating them to deliver best in class results.
You will need...
Media experience, with a focus on performance media A growth mindset - focused on driving down the efficiency and maximizing return on media spend and evidencing this via presentations and at trading board. A competitive and entrepreneurial mindset. To be able to write clear, lively, and compelling presentations for senior management to bring to life annual media plans, business case investments, The ability to lead, motivate and keep engaged the media team - performance manage and coach where necessary. An experience with data visualization tools, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
