Key requirements/What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 or more years relevant experience either in digital agencies or in corporate digital marketing department.
  • Eagerness to manage digital projects and digital marketing campaigns (i.e. Launching, managing, and optimizing etc.) for lead generation
  • Following the trends in the area of Digital Marketing (B2B Marketing).
  • Lead all SEO activities to increase organic search visibility and ranking
  • Social media, corporate account management
  • Must be self motivated, positive, creative and demonstrate acute attention to detail
  • Good analytical, problem solving, decision-making and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Create Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and Google Analytics.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must

Key responsibilities/What you do
  • Maintains a keen awareness of digital landscape and regularly brings new digital platforms, contemporary social media trends and innovative ideas for corporate communication thru digital media means.
  • Manage B2B campaigns across digital channels, i.e., websites, social, and direct channels for both organic and paid activity - from planning stage through delivery and evaluation
  • Support to increase digital lead generation revenue & pipeline with a strong online media strategy plan. Responsible for the management and optimization of TR website using the Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring best-in-class website experiences and lead generation.
  • Support for digital marketing programs: SEO, SEA, Remarketing, social media, community management, email marketing, Support for reporting by using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc. Also daily Regulatory checks and data feed related with subscribers and contact data base (which is a mandatory requirement but done by manual daily operation due to lack of IT infrastructure).
  • Leads relationships with external agencies and manages and optimizes the related budget for all digital marketing programs.
