Job Description

Role & Clients

As a Digital Planner, your role will be split across 2 of Zeniths Global clients, Essity and Electrolux. Both teams are located in London, but you will be managing and working with multiple local markets across different territories.

Each client has their own aims and plans for 2021, so your role will be split into 2 -

With the Electrolux side of this position, you will be responsible for the development of a new digital playbook and campaign toolkits that will be deployed to local markets, ensure the training and best practises are adhered to as well as ensuring everyone in the global teams understands the importanceof each digital channel and the role it plays. You will be the main point of contact for when this playbook rolls out.

For the Essity half of the role, you will have more of a hands on planning and strategic part to play. You will be responsible for managing the campaign briefs that the digital hub receives, develop the plan and set the KPI's. You will be working extremely closely with the Global Digital Performance Director and Global Channel leads to create full strategic responses to the client briefs and pans for local Essity markets.

Team:

You will report into 1 Digital Director for each of the clients, and above them is the same Client Lead - so both client teams have historically worked hand in hand when roles are split across these two clients.

Responsibilities
  • Mulit-Market and digital multi-channel strategic leadership:
    • You will be guiding local teams in terms of digital best practise, driving adoption and governance of the centrally developed ecosystems/playbooks and supporting the Digital Director in the roll out of the ad tech stack.
    • With Essity, the strategies (with the help of local teams) will require coverage on a number of areas including (but not limited to); brief recap, audience insights, channels chosen, data strategy, awareness and consideration phases, KPI framework and media laydown.
  • Stakeholder Management (internal and external
    • You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders in Zenith WorldWide as well as local market teams. You should be comfortable managing up and down to get things done
    • Client wise, you will interact wih the EMEA and performance teams, it is important you are able to initiate successful engagements with clients at all levels, expertise and backgrounds.
  • Business Development
    • We grow by ensuring our client's businesses grow, having a grown mindset is crucial. You will spot opportunities to sell client solutions that they need for their businesses to flourish.

Qualifications

  • You will have strong knowledge of the digital media sphere across Social, video, display, search and programmatic, also with knowledge of campaign management.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong presenting ability and able to explain technical information in a clear and understandable way.
  • Time management and organisation skill are essential.
